Spacious rooms with good-sized beds and accommodating staff. Plus, the rooftop pool and restaurant were enjoyable. The hotel is also located in a convenient spot near many dining options and attractions.
The overall appearance of the hotel is outdated and the rooms have seen better days. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, which was frustrating during our stay.

Very pleasant, like home away from home. Building facade and lobby compares to that of a five star hotel. Location very convenient to those who do business in Makati.

I loved everything about my stay at Fraser Place. The service was one of the best I have received in a hotel. Staff are prompt to act on requests or any problems. The apartment and the cleanliness was divine. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The rate seems pricey but you do get what you pay for.

I had a pleasant stay at Fraser Place Manila. The location was excellent, situated in a very good area. The staff were all very good and helpful. Despite some minor hiccups, like the old furniture and lack of proper cleaning, I would still choose to stay here again. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

The room was tired with a poor bathroom for this category hotel. The breakfast was not good with very limited choice.

1) Facilities, and Ambiance...sooooo relaxing. 2) Extremely spacious, you'll feel right at home immediately. 3) loved the pool and the game room my friends had a blast.
The restaurant did have choices unfortunately most of what's in their menu was not available...

With luxurious amenities like a sauna and swimming pool, this hotel provided us with an exclusive experience. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, as was the attentive service. Our room was very spacious and had private facilities that made us feel pampered. the location was also a great advantage, with easy access to shopping and the CBD.
Although the hotel was fantastic, we did encounter one minor issue. the staff provided misinformation regarding our check-in time, causing us an inconvenience.

- Compared to my previous stay (see previous review), I declined the "upgrade" and went for the 1 room deluxe in the "new" wing. It is truly more modern. - Fully equipped kitchen, good furniture, 2 flat screen TVs, decent bed. - There are not many options in Makati for a furnished residence, so it is always good to have one, maybe not perfect but reliable and decent value.
- The bathroom is the weak point, built definitively on the cheap, to the point that there is no storage at all. Most frustrating is the absence of indication about which tap opens the hot water, and the hot water comes boiling, so I call this a health hazard especially if you have children.... I solemnly ask the hotel Management to put a small sign "hot water" or red dot. - I had experienced a very useless junior reception staff on the phone. In such case, go down and speak to the more senior staff, he will be very helpful.

Fraser Place is the best kept secret of Manila (the cab driver had no idea where it was located). We had no clue it existed until we saw it on Booked.net. Excellent price on a holiday weekend. Gorgeous upsacle rooms/apartments & excellent faciltiies (kitchen/washer & dryer). We will definitely stay there again.
